一、聚焦重點領域深化政務公開

(一)深化重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)(fu)信(xin)(xin)息公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai),強化政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)令權(quan)威發布(bu)。建(jian)立(li)完善(shan)各級(ji)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)(fu)及其部門重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)文件數據庫(ku),推進政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)(fu)規(gui)(gui)章(zhang)和行(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)規(gui)(gui)范性文件統(tong)一公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai),系統(tong)清理、實(shi)時更新本行(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)機關(guan)(guan)現行(xing)有效的(de)規(gui)(gui)章(zhang)和行(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)規(gui)(gui)范性文件,通過政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)(fu)網(wang)站政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)(fu)信(xin)(xin)息公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)專欄(lan)集中公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)。嚴格落實(shi)《重(zhong)大行(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)決(jue)策(ce)程(cheng)序暫行(xing)條例(li)》,依法(fa)履行(xing)決(jue)策(ce)事(shi)項(xiang)向(xiang)社(she)會公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)征求(qiu)意(yi)見(jian)程(cheng)序,通過政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)(fu)網(wang)站等渠道公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)決(jue)策(ce)草(cao)案及相關(guan)(guan)起草(cao)說明,明確提(ti)出(chu)征求(qiu)意(yi)見(jian)的(de)方(fang)式和期限,并在征求(qiu)活動結(jie)束后(hou)1個月內公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)意(yi)見(jian)征求(qiu)采納(na)情況。(各級(ji)行(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)機關(guan)(guan)或經法(fa)律、法(fa)規(gui)(gui)授(shou)權(quan)的(de)具有管理公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)共事(shi)務職能的(de)組織(zhi)負責,以下(xia)統(tong)稱各級(ji)行(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)機關(guan)(guan)負責)

五、聚焦強基礎強保障深化政務公開
